REVIEW A CASE

Actemra (tocilizumab) is an immunosuppressant medication that was introduced to compete with the blockbuster treatments Humira, Enbrel and Remicade. However, Actemra was the first in a new class of drugs that works in a unique way, specifically inhibiting the biological activity of IL-6, which is elevated among individuals with rheumatoid arthritis.

While Humira, Enbrel and Remicade each contain certain warnings, the same health risks were not disclosed by the drug maker as potential Actemra side effects. As a result, many doctors and users were under the false impression that Actemra was safer.

In recent years, adverse event reports submitted by doctors and patients throughout the U.S. suggest that users of Actemra are experiencing the same risks previously linked to other competing rheumatoid arthritis drugs, potentially at higher levels.

Free consultations and case evaluations are provided by our Actemra lawyers for individuals, and families of former users who may have suffered a debilitating or fatal injury. It appears that financial compensation may be available for certain users who have experienced a:

  • Heart Attack
  • Stroke
  • Heart Failure
  • Interstitial Lung Disease
  • Acute Pancreatitis

Public should be told about Prevacid. It apparently can cause blockage in more than kidney disease. It also can cause heart and liver problems. It gets into your arterys and veins, thus causing you to develop disease of major organs. It does help heartburn very well.
