Financial compensation may be available for Lipitor diabetes complications through a product liability lawsuit over Pfizer’s failure to adequately warn women or the medical community about the potential risks associated with using the medication.

A diagnosis of diabetes from Lipitor can have a severe impact on overall health and quality of life. Managing type 2 diabetes requires frequent testing of blood glucose levels, adherence to a strict diabetic diet and taking medications to control diabetes. Do you have a class action lawsuit against Pfizer or do you file individual lawsuits. What is the percent that you expect if you win the case. How much on average to you win per case?
